Music is
RELATIONSHIP
I am a classically trained pianist who cultivates relationships through music.
As a performer, I bring to life the works of composers steeped in the classical piano tradition.
My relationship to the works I perform is to convey their musical story, character, and emotion with the intent to delight and dazzle the audience.
I have performed in concert halls at universities in Wisconsin and Colorado. My favorite way of sharing music is with listeners at house concerts, inspiring youth musicians, and senior living centers where I have the chance to cultivate active relationships with listeners about the musical experience.

Artistry certainly has a place on the stage, but it also inhabits the studio and workshop, taking shape as teacher and technician.

Building relationships with youth and adult students alike is complementary to my role as a performing artist as I seek to cultivate new practitioners that are invested in telling stories and sharing human emotion through music.

As a piano technician, my knowledge of the physical and technical side of the piano manifests a trinity with my performance and teaching artistry.

Through my role as performer, teacher, and technician, I seek to cultivate music relationships through sound, player, and key.
In addition to my work as teacher and technician, I am a nonprofit arts professional, and I currently serve as the Associate Director of Mundi Project. I oversee and collaborate with other team members on smooth program operations, execution of development strategies, and the creation of strategic programming partnerships.
